❗ Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

📦 Returns & Replacements

Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

• The item arrived damaged during shipping.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product received is significantly different from what you ordered.

If the issue is caused by BRIKZEN, we will cover any applicable replacement or return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as change of mind, no longer wanted, or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

📸 Return Request Requirements

To help us process your request quickly, please contact our support team and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of the incorrect item (if applicable)
• Additional supporting images when requested by our team

Please contact us before returning any item. Our customer service team will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Returned items must be securely packaged for international transportation and include a note containing the order number and reason for return.

ℹ️ Important Notes

• Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting conditions and screen settings. Minor color differences between product photos and actual items are not considered defects.
• If a manufacturing defect or significant issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
• In some cases, customers may be asked to keep or dispose of the product rather than return it.

Once your refund request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Estimated refund arrival times:

• PayPal: 3–5 business days
